Kirklees College is a uniquely vocational, further education college, with over 10,000 students on full-time and part-time courses, and apprenticeships. Kirklees College is the primary provider of post-16 SEND provision in the area, with 516 EHCP students and higher than national average numbers of vulnerable students. The college plays a crucial role in improving the lives of those at risk of long-term unemployment and persistent poverty due to poor educational outcomes.
